• Share name and contact information with trusted payment service providers to process payments securely.
• Improve the functionality, user experience, and security of the App.

We may share your information only in the following cases:

• With Hospitals: Your personal information and appointment details are shared with Southern Lanka Hospitals for providing healthcare and appointment services.
• With Payment Providers: Your name and contact details may be shared with secure third-party payment services to process transactions.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Permissions

The App may request the following device permission:

• Notifications: To send appointment reminders and important health updates.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide the services of the SLH Channeling App, maintain user accounts, process appointments, support customer service, comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention requirements, and resolve disputes.

Account information, profile details, family member details, appointment details, payment-related records, and support communication may be retained while the user account remains active.

If a user requests account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required within a reasonable period. However, some information may be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory, hospital administration, financial record-keeping, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Appointment history, payment records, invoices, audit logs, and transaction-related information may be retained for a longer period where required by applicable laws or legitimate business purposes. When such data is retained, it will only be used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Users may request deletion of their account or personal data by contacting us at app@slh.lk. Once we receive a deletion request, we will verify the request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and operational requirements.

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have unintentionally collected data from a child, please contact us.
